Greg has been carving since 1978. Inspired by his father who made his own
duck boats and decoys, Greg started carving duck decoys. Gradually turning his talent to songbirds, birds of prey and
fish decoys.
Greg's love of the outdoors and his attention to detail has inspired him to create
highly detailed works of wildlife art.
Over the years Greg has been very successful with his carvings in competition and is considered
one of the top fish decoy carvers in the nation, winning the "World Champion Masters Division" at The Great Lakes Fish Decoy
Competition in Monroe Michigan in 2005.
